Our beef and lamb spend as much time eating fresh pasture as the weather allows. During the colder and more inclimate times, they are fed dry pasture. Our pasture contains a diverse blend of grasses and other plants like legumes, dandelions, and clover. They are never fed grain - ever.

We wouldn’t want to take our naturally raised meat and then process it with unnatural ingredients. That’s why we choose certified organic ingredients.

All of our meats are flash frozen just after butchering. It freezes quickly at an extremely low temperature with cold, circulating air. The quick freezing time reduces ice crystals and results in the highest quality, best tasting, and juiciest frozen meat. With flash frozen meat, you can’t tell the difference between fresh and frozen.

Animals raised without feeding genetically modified organisms such as GMO corn or soybeans. All of our products are GMO-free.

Our animals are treated with love and respect. First and foremost, this means living a healthy active non-confined lifestyle outdoors and eating a natural diet. We never use cattle prods, mutate our animals, or overfeed them.

Antibiotics and drugs aren’t needed when animals live a good life filled with natural health. We never feed our animals routine antibiotics or drugs.

Our products are all-natural. We do not add nitrates to the meats you will consume.

Hormones or steroids are never given to animals (the FDA does not allow the use of hormones or antibiotics in the production of pork or poultry).

No synthetic pesticides or herbicides.

All animals in this selection, including beef and lamb, were raised in an open pasture, as seasons allowed.
