This year, we're taking our honesty to a whole new level - Radical Honesty...because it's time to stir up some much-needed change!

From now on, we will cultivate meaningful connections, foster trust, and have honest conversations - no matter how difficult.

We are done with the cutesy posts of mushrooms, logs, and grass swaying in the wind.

It's time to be open and honest; we're not here to put on a show, we'd rather speak our truth.

Like it or not, there is an important conversation that needs to be had - and we're ready to put it all out there.

Let’s start by getting real with ourselves: Food insecurity is real and we need to break the taboo of talking about FOOD.

We need to be honest with ourselves and ask real questions like:

  • What is real food?
  • What are the consequences of our food choices?
  • Why do we feed our children the way we do?
  • Do we really know what’s in our food?
  • Is everything approved by the FDA good for us?
  • Legislation and the FDA: Who's running the show?
  • How much do we really know about factory farms, GMOs, chemicals, hormones, etc. that make up what we eat?
  • Where are all the local, organic, and regeneratively farmed foods?
  • What is sustainable eating and why does it matter so much for this planet and all its inhabitants?

Let's embrace radical honesty and start talking about FOOD everywhere: at home, with friends, family, and work colleagues...we need to spread the word and get everyone talking about food!

Let’s commit to a more connective, sustainable way of living. That way begins with radically honest, and informed conversations around FOOD.

Because when we combine radical honesty and food, we get a recipe for change!

For real though, our world is f*cked up right now and something has to change: food insecurity is real, toxic chemicals in our food is real, climate change is real, and factory farming is real…all of this can be avoided if we choose to be radically honest about FOOD.

Together, let’s be brutally honest about how our food choices affect our planet and our health.

By joining forces, we can revolutionize our lifestyles and make a lasting impact on the world. When we unite together to create positive change, nothing is out of reach!

Let us begin by transforming the way we eat! We have the power to shape tomorrow and leave a better world for our children.

For more information and  to join the conversation about food security, sustainable eating, supporting small farms like ours, and getting radical with honesty about FOOD…follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletters, where we’ll be talking about all things related to those topics.

We can’t wait to start this important conversation with you!

Here’s to embracing radical honesty around food and taking a stand for what is right.

Let’s do this!

The Truth About Cow Farts and Climate Change: Why Grassfed Cows are Different

Cows have long been blamed for their contribution to climate change, with many attributing this to their flatulence (AKA farts.) However, the reality is that cow farts are just one aspect of a much larger issue: methane emissions. In fact, according to the EPA, methane accounts for approximately 10% of all greenhouse gas emissions in the United States. So where do cows fit into this equation?

What Do mRNA Vaccines Mean for Our Meat and Dairy Supply?

As the use of mRNA vaccines in livestock, unfortunately, becomes closer and closer to reality, many consumers and experts have expressed concerns about their safety. The potential negative impacts range from an unforeseen reaction to food products produced with mRNA vaccines - to disruption of ecosystems and biodiversity caused by its widespread usage. The debate surrounding the implications of using mRNA vaccines is ongoing, but it's clear that this technology raises important questions about resources, ethics, health, and sustainability. But how do we make sure these issues are addressed?
